Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Does not include weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Please check order to make sure everything is correct before checking out. If something is incorrect or needs to be changed please notify us immediately after submitting your order. Once order is shipped we can no longer change or correct the order.


Shipping Policy

We offer 3 Shipping options for orders shipped Domestic (USA). UPS Ground 1-5 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air is usually 48 hours . UPS 3 Day Select can deliver your parcels in under three working days. Certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take longer to deliver

International Orders are shipped through UPS OR DHL

UPS Worldwide Expedited - Most major destinations can be reached from the US in 2-5 business days

UPS Worldwide Express- On average 1-3 business days

UPS Worldwide Saver- 1-3 business days. 

Refund Policy

We have a 7 day exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your product to request an exchange. This applies only if the product is wrong or damaged. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at infor@somiinkbeauty.com or login and request exchange. If your exchange is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent. Products sent back without requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is deceptive, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items

Certain products can not be exchanged. Contact infor@somiinkbeauty.com if you have concerns or questions about your product. 

PICK UP ORDERS:

Pick ups are USUALLY within 4 hours. However, some weekends & days are not available for pick up. For a more accurate estimate contact us 2516095927 or email infor@somiinkbeauty.com

All sales are final. Exchange is available upon request.
